The Linden Method Review

October 24th, 2011 · The Linden Method FAQ, The Linden Method Info, The Linden Method Review, The Linden Method Testimonials

If you have been suffering from panic attacks then chances are, you have been looking for a cure; however, when searching for something to help with your panic attacks, you need to keep in mind that this is a very sensitive issue and it is very hard to recommend something that you can say will work one 100% of the time.  However, the Linden method has been proven over and over again and by reading this Linden Method review, you will learn of what the method can do for you; however, there are no promises made.

First let us focus on how the Linden Method was created:

Created by Charles Linden, someone who has suffered from panic attacks for years, he dedicated time and researched the various different treatments that are available to people who are suffering from panic attacks.  However, during his research, he could find no solution to the problem at hand and the traditional treatments did not work for him.  Not finding a suitable treatment for his anxiety and panic attack, he took matters into his own hands and decided that it was time to treat himself.  After this journey, he came up with the Linden Method, a treatment that he perfected on himself through various different trial and errors.

Is this treatment effective?

While this treatment may not work for everyone, it has a really high success rate and over eighty thousand people have used this treatment and it has helped to improve their lives.  This method is now one of the most used methods around the world and it is respected in the medical profession and by individuals who have tried it.  There is also a treatment centre in Britain where you can go to and try the Linden method first hand if you so desire.  However, once you have a computer, you will be able to do this form of treatment yourself and final be able to live a normal life that is not plaque by panic attacks and anxiety.

However, what will this method do for you?

With this method, you will learn how to control the Amygdala, which is simply referred to as the switch in your mind that triggers panic.  This organ is what helps us decide if you should fight or flight in particular situations and once you know how to control it, you will be better able to control panic attacks and anxiety.

With the Linden Method, you will not be presented with an overnight cure to your anxiety.  Instead, it takes dedication and work and you will need to stick to what you learn from this method.  It is a process that will take time but a little time spent learning how to control your emotions will be all worth it in the end.

Anyone here tried the Linden Method for help with anxiety?

February 7th, 2012 · The Linden Method FAQ

Question: Anyone here tried the Linden Method for help with anxiety?

Roadrunner, yes prayer does indeed help. I just now, after 15 years of praying, am able to sit through a church service without having a panic attack. Of course, during those years since I tried and failed several times to successfully go to church, my son didn’t go to church, so that’s not at all a good thing. I have a hard time understanding why God didn’t answer this prayer sooner, but am thankful that I can now go.

Hi Lilly,

I am a staff Spport officer with a major UK employer and I offer support to so many people suffering with anxiety.

I have very good reports about the Linden method and also Panic Away by Joe Barry.

Both programs are highly respected and successful.

Panic away has several enhancements this year, but either program is excellent. More info available below.

Hope this is helpful,

Take care and Kind regards,

Jon

The Linden Method, does it work, how does it work?

February 3rd, 2012 · The Linden Method FAQ

Question: The Linden Method, does it work, how does it work?
Hi, I suffer moderately with anxiety and panic attacks. My father suffers very very bad and is on a concoction of pills. Which aren’t really helping him. Would anyone recommend it? I’d love to see him cured.

Best answer:

Answer by Bestie711
Absolutely. But you must keep in mind that not everything works, not even drugs. Your dad’s concoction is an example. Even drugs don’t work always. So yes, try it. If it works, great. Maybe you can use it too. If not, try something else. Unfortunately, you have to do a bit of frustrating trial and error work before you find something useful. The Linden Method works by retraining a part of your brain called the amygdala. This part is responsible for emotions and fears. Have you been to the website? Read up more on it. I’ll provide the link below. Good luck to your dad and you.

Hi there I see that you are looking into methods to help with your panic attacks. I know your circumstance as my close friend Matthew was going through the same thing and he had tried to overcome his anxiety but he was really not getting anywhere until finally he came across this site called No More Panic and he says that it has had a fantastic affect on his life. He can now go for a drive in his car which he couldn’t do for years. This is quite possibly just what you are looking for to cure your panic attacks. This is an alternative to the Linden Method which is quite pricey.

Has anyone tried the Linden Method on CD?

January 24th, 2012 · The Linden Method FAQ

Question: Has anyone tried the Linden Method on CD?
Did it cure your anxiety? It’s just that I’m very skeptical about websites that are full of testimonials and nothing else, but I’m willing to try as the waiting lists for CBT therapy are just so long. Please tell me your experience of the Linden Method, and whether or not you think it’s worth a try. Thanks in advance for anyone who helps.

There are a number of things you can do to eliminate anxiety naturally without using medications. Bottom line is anxiety is caused by your negative THOUGHTS (either subconscious or conscious thoughts). By mastering your thinking you can eliminate or reduce anxiety.

Below are some proven methods you can use to reduce or eliminate anxiety:

a) Meditation is proven to help reduce anxiety and is also not difficult to learn. 10 minutes a day is all that is required to help calm your mind

b) Self Hypnosis: You should buy a good book on this and learn self hypnosis

c) Repeating Positive Affirmations: The best time to do this is at night before bed or in the morning when you wake up. About 7 to 8 minutes is all you need.

d) Try to learn the root cause of your anxiety. For example I use to be scared of the dark, and learned I was accidentally locked in a dark basement as a child. As soon as I learned this my fear of the dark immediately went away.
